**_What you'll do_**


The Marketing Automation Associate Manager is a key operations role within RCI's eCommerce & Digital Marketing team and is responsible for executing RCI's email campaigns and multi-channel journeys through the use of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This individual will work cross-functionally with creative services, campaign managers, analytics, and the testing team to plan, build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will also continually improve and optimize customer communications and processes as well as structure and implement marketing tests to drive optimization (e.g., test creative, copy, audience segments, triggers, etc.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Day to day operations and maintenance of marketing campaigns across the platform, either in each function (email, SMS, Push, Ad studio) or through Journey Builder

+ Develop reports and dashboards to communicate campaign effectiveness and inform opportunities for optimization

+ Regularly evaluate campaign development standards to improve campaign process

+ Review campaign briefs to identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance

+ Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to provide recommendations for process improvements as well as campaign set-up and execution

+ Work cross-functionally to drive progress and resolve issues

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively manage expectations while meeting deadlines

+ Key escalation point for troubleshooting / first line of support for internal users

+ Act as liaison to campaign teams to align approach and set-up with strategy

+ Daily system administration tasks

**_Are you the right fit? Here is what we are looking for:_**


+ BA/BS degree, Certificate in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform

+ Minimum 1 year direct experience executing email marketing campaigns preferably via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

+ Experience building email marketing campaigns utilizing, content areas, portfolio, segmentation, automation, tracking and analytics to make data driven decisions to optimize their email campaigns

+ Extremely detail oriented; ensures work is correct before releasing while still meeting deadlines

+ Working knowledge of available reports in marketing cloud or email,SMS, and Journeys. Ability to review results and provide suggestions to optimize campaigns

+ Experience building landing pages or cloud pages preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

+ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

+ Methodical with a desire to test, learn and iterate

+ Solid analytical and problem solving skills

+ Hunger for continued growth as a digital marketer with strong interest in emerging technologies

+ HTML or SQL knowledge a plus

+ Deadline oriented
