RCIŽ Inventory Analytics Advisory is an advisory service offered exclusively to RCI affiliates to maximize the value of their inventory. Combining years of industry experience with award winning world class revenue management capabilities, RCIŽ Inventory Analytics Advisory delivers the perfect mix of insights, analytics and tools.

The analyst will aim at driving success for RCI affiliated resorts through their rental programs. Responsibilities include analyzing data trends and historical financial performance, developing pricing and yield management strategies to optimize performance, executing the strategies operationally and reporting on performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to work on a growing team. The analyst will work with Wyndham Destination Network internal and external clients across different levels, functions, business units and regions to drive results.


+ Analyze data trends and historical financial performance; research hospitality trends in specific geographic regions; develop pricing and yield management strategies that will fully unlock the revenue potential of RCI affiliated resorts

+ Execute pricing and yield management strategies with attention to detail

+ Communicate recommendations on pricing and yield management strategies; prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external clients on performance tracking

+ Be a good team player and collaborate with fellow team members as well as external teams in marketing, finance, revenue management and others on ad-hoc projects and new business initiatives

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Math or closely related fields with 3+ years working experience; or Master's degree in the same fields

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to create and deliver informative presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to process and manipulate data to develop strategic and actionable insights

+ Advanced Excel skills; proficient in other Microsoft Office tools

+ Working knowledge of programing languages, e.g., SQL, SAS, R, etc.

+ Ability to self-manage, multi-task and establish day-to-day priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Travel/hospitality industry experience a plus

**Travel Requirements**

+ This job may require travel up to 10% of time to meet with clients onsite. Travel may also be needed to attend conferences and/or seminars in order to ensure professional technical knowledge is kept current.
