_The Program Director is responsible for ongoing management on behalf of the Client Executive to ensure that desired Program outcomes/objectives are delivered. The Operations Director provides the interface between Program ownership and Delivery. The Operations Director is the client side representative who acts as a single focal point of contact with Project Managers for the day-to-day management of the interests of the client organization_

**Account Development**

+ Formulate, develop and implement short term and long term innovative service sales strategy for the client; evolve targets in conjunction with the Client Executive and management team

+ Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities

+ Working in conjunction with the Client Executive and Account Managers, contribute to the complete services sales life cycle, i.e., from developing the sales strategy to generating business enquiries, preparing business proposals based on the understanding of the client's requirements, business negotiations and deal closing; Closely interacts with the client and the internal technical teams for this purpose

+ Assist sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline and deliverables

+ Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within organizational parameters

**Qualifications**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Engage with Client Executive and Managing Consultant to collaborate on the best course to deliver operational excellence and financial guidance for profitable services engagements.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with the key customer stakeholders and their management and others in collaboration with the Client Executive.

o Develop comprehensive knowledge of WWT's professional service capabilities and continuously work to identify relevant ways these capabilities can serve the customer.

o Create and organize a rolling 6-month execution roadmap. Execute on the plan, pulling various internal and external groups together to achieve the required objectives.

o Ongoing development and maintenance of staffing plans to ensure successful execution.

o As part of staffing plan, lead the hiring effort for all new Professional Services employees that are required to fulfill our obligations within the account.

o Act as a focal point of Professional Services for customer escalation if issues arise.

o Track financial performance of services and make suggestions to minimize risk and increase GP where possible.

o Develop training and onboarding for all new Professional Services employees on customer environment.

o Promote and provide leadership in our core values (trust, humility, embrace change, passion and a strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player and honesty and integrity) to foster a positive work environment and high performance teams.

o Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly programmatic meetings, both internal and client facing.

o Provide monthly reporting on the program for internal and external audiences.
