Position Description:Candidate will be responsible for inspecting the construction activities to monitor compliance with contract documents. Projects include aviation, facilities, roadways, site/civil, utilities, buildings, MEP and plumbing/fire protection systems. Experience in Construction supervision as owner's agent and knowledge of constructing facilities including electrical upgrades, elevators, parking lots and access roadway construction to Building Code standards and coordination of the work with outside agencies is desired. Knowledge of staging and phasing construction in active buildings, so that regular activities are maintained is desired. Knowledge of building codes, construction specifications for paving, lighting, drainage, storm water management, facilities, landscaping and passenger appurtenances for stations and parking is required.

Job Requirements:Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a relevant engineering field on projects with construction cost of $10M plus. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field along with being a registered PE is required. Experience with CPM scheduling, working knowledge of document control and management procedures, safety certifications, claims mitigation and reporting are desired. The ability to work with minimum direct supervision and supervise office engineering and construction inspection staff is important.
